spice bread

This type of bread is what my husband calls "Aladdin bread".
One big, big bread which Aladdin steals in the movie.
Made of 400g of flour and 300g of water and it's bigger than my face.
Its dark color is from adding cinnamon and nutmeg; it's not burned :)

I wonder how quickly this big bread will be gone....
